How valuable is agility, in comparison to stength and blocking for a guard on the left side?

I believe the first step in building a good G is getting strength, blocking and agility to 68 quickly, that way you can defend against the pass of the high agility DTs, and if you do it wisely, you can block the strength ones too.
I think it's beneficial to eventually get it to 74 and perhaps even 80 in the latter stages of his career.

A LG should always be cognizant of confidence. It gets such high gains, you might want to consider training/capping it before you move on to agility, which gets relatively low gains. Or you might want to consider training it early, and then let it gain itself toward the cap. In either case, there is one thing in common: TRAIN CONFIDENCE EARLY. You'll be glad later.

I follow your advices with attention and I have the same impression: confidence is an underrated skill for guards. Could you elaborate why confidence is that much important for left guards in comparison with right guard?. Thanks!

The LG gets beat, plays against better opposition, etc. The RG is like.. the support of the line. The wildcard.. he helps where he can. Usually has the easiest assignment, etc.

I think 110 Str, 100 Blk, 85 Agi ultimately, all-in, would be nice. Conf ... 60-65?

I think Confidence is vastly over-rated. My level 62 ROT only has a 57 confidence and it's never made an impact one way or the other. My ROT is a pass blocking build too and can play LOT as well, he hardly ever gets beat. My current level 37 LG is doing just fine, without putting a single point in confidence... I have trained it a bit, as it goes nicely with vision for intense training. I really see no reason to ever put an SP into confidence, unless all your primary attributes are already where they need to be or you're already at the lowest point in leveling increases. It's definitely not a good idea to sacrifice primary attributes to spend on confidence.
