I hope you realize you just severely handicapped your player by boosting so early. You robbed him of the easiest three levels of XP, wasted them. It would not surprise me if every L1 on your team ends up a level if not more higher than you by the end of the season once they boost. I know the lure of great stats can cause people to pump attributes and boosts out early, but it'll hurt you in later seasons.
