Warrior General Games

For some of the better teams in this league that want to move to AAA#2 next season where Antwerp, Greenwood and the Features will be. There are a couple of teams that would be interested in moving down to our league.

I figured that I would post this for anyone of the top teams (you know wich ones you are) that were interested.

These are 2 teams that I know for sure want to swap spots with one of our teams.

I think it would be nice to see some more familiar teams there, and I think this would also help some of the start up teams in this league to develope and keep competition a little more even for them.

Not to mention there are so many very good teams at the top of this league that could be playing in AAA or a pro league.

Thanks for the compliment. As I hinted at earlier I'm content to follow the fate of the team I started with, however if I get a flood of requests from my guys suggesting we try and move up then that would be a different story. We still haven't had the benefit of a home playoff game in our two seasons so we'll see.

All I have to say is look at the original WEAA1 league or whatever it was last year to this year...
We've had Bielefeld and Antwerp move up last season and they have a good chance to move up again after taking care of AAA2, and now we've got Greenwood, MA, Features and probably Lima Beans moving up this season. If we all stayed put it'd be the same as some Pro leagues when you consider teams that will be here again.

I think he's right. If you look at the pyramid setup on the 'Leagues' page it shows WEAA1 feeding to WEAAA1

Frankly, it just makes sense right now. There are a lot of development teams right now in AA#1, and there are a lot of very good teams...there needs to be more balance.

the reason teams went to 2 last year was because this league was the old A league and AAA 2 was the old AA league so the teams moved up before the realignment. New they are following the pyramid style you see on the League page. Ex. AA 1 and AA 2 go to AAA 1.

I can only assume then that two teams from the WE AA#2 will be moving up as well. So the bottom 2 from each division to make a total of 4 teams of AAA#1 will move down to the AA#1 and AA#2 division.

According to the FAQ that is correct.

WEAAA1 will be sending down 4 teams, 2 from each conference.

2 of those will go to WEAA1 (1 to alpha, 1 to zeta)
2 would go to WEAA2 (1 to alpha, 1 to zeta)

The four teams coming down appear to be:

And closer inspection of the Stockholm slackers shows that the owner only has 1 player and it's the only human player on the whole team and he's inactive. Basically, it's a waste of a team and should be replaced by admins if you ask me.

FYI, both Bielefeld and Antwerp just lost today in their conference finals.
