The requirements are:
- Starter/Max Play role. I feel my NT is ready for whatever is thrown at him at this point of his career.
- I want a competitive environment/nature. I want dedicated OC/Coach/Owner and I want us to be in contention for the 'ship.
- Gameplan built around what is capable of winning, not what gains us the most highlights. I have some well built players that are all capable of helping out the team.
Direction:
- I plan to work on agility. ~68 or around there.
Sidenote: I have experience as a DC. I can also help with recruiting/activity if needed.
Also: My players do not have CE and will not boost because I cannot afford to do so. I am also saving up BT towards AEQ for the future.
