Hmm well apparently it will not let me boost. Oh well, signed already anyway. Did not realize Peewee will not let you boost, but I guess if you owned a Peewee team, you already knew that before sending me offers anyway.

not if you sign with a Pee Wee team. He'll be lvl 4 then. You can't boost on a pee wee team until day 1.
