2) Assistance with equipment.
3) Build advice.
4) Open door owner policy.

There's more, but you get the point. We've been through some bad times, but got through them to be able to enjoy the good times as well. We don't ever intend on dropping back in leagues since we don't like to pay for the same real estate twice.
