are you asking about custom equip? or are you planning on using the pts for sa's?
imo for custom go pass blocking tree.
If you're going to add to sa's right now, DON'T do it until after lvl 32+.
Get all of your base stats capped to at least 68.

I tend to wait till I find a team to decide. Even then I may wait until about level 25 or so to pick a SA tre to commit to.
