I'm killing my team and we have over $100 million to spend, so I figure I'll re-do his EQ. Anyone have any suggestions?

What's the issue? mostly pass blocking problems?
He looks pretty solid to me. Agility is way up there.
One thing to suggest is to get rid of first step, and get a foundation piece instead. FOundation truly does make it tougher for them to run around your guy in pass blocking.
Perhaps even get some other SA's in there too.
I would put more into blocking. I know many folks do not thinking blocking is that helpful, but I respectfully disagree. A blocker with higher blocking holds the block more and has less chance of having his opponent break the block.
I dare sy if you want to move some equpment around, perhaps get someout of str and put it into blocking, maybe (after raising foundation) remove some from agility into blocking.

Just my 2 cents, and I know others will argue...

what are your strength, blocking, and agility without eq? I dont' see how you're killing your team, you didn't give up any sacks in the playoff game, the left side gave up at least three..

It's not a bad build, looks like you may have got to the third cap a bit late but you can make some improvements. I assume either strength or blocking is over the 74 cap and the other is below, I'd get the lower to the 74 cap and look for a better piece than first step. Either foundation or hold blocks %. If both str & blk are over 74, raise up agility and move eq into str/blk. Try to get strength to at least 95 and blocking closer to 90. I think you have a good selection of VAs for the most part although I don't know that I'd bother taking showboat any higher. And rather than spreading your SAs out, if you do decide to spend more on the run tree, keep them focused on get low. Ideally you can find two good pieces of AEQ, one foundation/hold blocks, and one get low.

Blocking: 74.61
Agility: 69.51

I didn't mean that his build is killing the team... I'm not renewing my team so it is going CPU. Just thought I'd spend some last minute money now before losing the team if I needed to fix something on his build.

edit- the reason for the spread out SAs is because one team was using him for LOT many seasons ago, so I was going to get some in protect.. That changed.
