He is a good athletic WR with good hands to go along with his athleticism. He was slowbuilt for a little while but I decided that im not patient enough for it and decided to move on. I'm looking to start or at least get some playing time. I dont want to be the 4th WR on the depth chart and never see the field. He needs 32's and would like them. As long as you promise me he will get them I'm not going to make you give it to me in the signing bonus and put your team in a financial problem. Also record doesnt matter to some degree. as long as you werent like 0-16 or 3-13 I will sign with you as I know that you are trying to get better and players not coming to your team because of record is only hurting your chances.
