I have been on the same team since lvl 13 capped expansion year, the owner is stepping down due to RL reasons and I'm not sure what will happen with the team.

This is my favorite player (retired the ones I made before him because I messed up their builds) and I am very active in team forums.

Heavy passing teams get a plus.
I would also like to have a say (would prefer to control) the passing offense/plays.
