Me, Bear, and some other veteran players in the game will start a new slow build team next season, and we are on the waiting list to start in the minor leagues, level cap 16, then hope to move up to a regular league after a few seasons, after our players have really developed.

We need just a few more players, an NT, an LB, an OG, and a SS. We need those players started this season, so they can boost this season, and not be too far behind the rest of the team. This is going to be a pure slow build team, and we only want folks with the patience to slow build, and can also boost every season.

Shoot me or TheBear a pm if you are interested, and we'll add you to the team forum.

Thanks!!

You start losing training tokens after saving 14 of them, not training for the first 2 seasons and losing out on all of that training seems foolish to me. Would be interested in your argument as to how it works out for the betterment that way, though.

Then we are a psuedo slow building team....

When I said true, I meant that we were mostly going to hardcap our main attributes first. Lot's of different opinions on slowbuilding anyways, and not everyone on this team is going to do it exactly the same way

But it makes good sense to boost your first season, and get your main attribute up to the soft cap asap, to take advantage of the automatic skill point gains you get with each level up after that. Maybe some math geek has figured it out already, and I could be wrong, but I'm not sure the higher XP bonus gained per level up, at lower levels, is worth waiting to boost at the end of each season, especially the first season, when you could be getting a skill point per level for an already soft capped attribute, that will cost you 2 skill points if you spent them yourself after finally deciding to spend them, to get to the hard cap.

And you may be building a "REAL" slowbuild team...but we are in fact building an "UNREAL" slow build team....

Wasn't there a team in oceania a long time ago who did this? As I recall they were saying how great they would be after they all spent their skill points, asked to be moved to a different league and ended up disbanding after a few seasons of getting took to the woodshed.

Yeah, haha, it was the Pittsburgh Stillers. All of their players and coaches were pimping how great they were going to be and they epically failed. Good times

LOL what i was thinking also reading that about the training points So no gain there at all since you could cash them in every 4tokens for 1 skill to add later to soft cap a stat.
