Warrior General Games

As the regular season winds down and teams are fighting for playoff spots, we have some interesting games taking place.

The Blue are locked into first place for the division.

The #2 spot is up for grabs this week as the Irish play the Fire Horses. If the Fire Horses win, they'll be the favorite to end up with the coveted #2 seed and more revenue in the playoffs.

The Fire Horses also play the Drunk Monks, which should be a good game and will have major playoff implications.

Lastly, there is the game of the "undefeated teams that should have determined who was the #1 overall seed" going into the playoffs. This game was over hyped in the preseason and may involve two teams that are fighting just to have a home playoff game in the first round of the playoffs.

Losing to a team that you have by 10 levels can do that to you.

So, you're offended by my saying that you're not a lock to be the #2 seed, which is completely true. We are a lock to be the #1 seed, because there is no way in hell we lose our next game. You on the other hand can lose to the Fire Horses and you're disrespecting them if you say you don't. Even if we lose our last game, which could happen, we will not lose any tie-breakers to any other team, so we're in.

And yes, you could lose the game to the Fire Horses and both be playing for a home playoff game in the last game of the year, so where I am disrespecting your team.

I hope that you stay up for two days straight game planning for us. I promise our guy will spend about 30 minutes on our game plan and it will be rock solid. You might win but I'll go with the odds on this one, which is us.

league hasn't been crap in years past. 4 teams in Pro came out of here and 2 of those teams are in the top 5. it's been a tough league and frankly your slow built team is doing very well. Good job.

Uh, I am basically a co-owner of a SEA Pro team and if they're top 5, they have been there for a while, which has nothing to do with why you're still in SEA AA #1. I'm not trying to be an ass but Winona came out of SEA AA #4 and they had a couple of teams that were dominant back in the day (Ask anyone in pro about Queensland Flash or Lost City Idols before they went CPU and they'll confirm this) but it doesn't have anything to do why teams are still here.

You sure take compliments poorly good man. Can the same thing be said about the Blue that you are saying to the other teams here right now? You guys have been around from season 5. Last I checked:

"Labatt Blue SEA AA#1Garuda Conference"

Ask around. I'm generally a good guy but tend to have my moments when people puff our their chest and want to act e-tough. That is what happened here and I'm having fun with it. It is all in good fun.

Yeah, we were created in season 5. We're beating teams that have players that were created in seasons one through three. We're also making a pit stop in AA for one season after starting out in Canada BBB. We would be higher but slowbuilding takes time and we were in a league with teams that were all over level 10 to begin our first season. We took a lot of shit our first year about how bad our team was and were told over and over again that we would never beat the big boys. We went 7-9, 12-4, 20-0. I know how it feels to not get promoted right away and you have to have patience.

We just go where Bort puts us, which is here in SEA AA. It will be SEA AAA next year and pros in a season or two after that.

I get the Devil's Advocate approach but please come with a better argument than "we're still here" because we both know that it is inevitable that the Blue won't be when the dust settles next season.

Level 57 players on a 6th place AA team.

I really respect your crap ass level 60 WR too.

Enjoy AA again next year bitch.

By the way if you have been around long enough to have become the league historian then you pretty much suck and should just gut your team.

And you should quit acting like you're a ten year old. I started out by congrats to a solid slow building team and couldn't understand the negative response. I understand the need for controversy on the league forums but take it from someone who experienced some of the worst garbage ever when my team was in SEA A. Having conversations on the league forums with people who cannot get beyond such words like "bitch", "suck", "horse crack", among other things gets very boring and dull. Although slightly better and more understandable than some things I have seen in the past. So rather than attempt to have a conversation( controversial or not ) with another team's clown, I tend to spend more time on my team's forums which are a hell of a lot more fun than these. And those players who you don't respect so much, have been playing on my team for a very long time. Some builds are better than others, I won't argue that. Fact is, we have fun, have learned together, built a great team atmosphere together. Just did it in another fashion than your team did over there in Garuda. So, I'll just say what I started saying, "Congrats on doing well with a very good slow-built team". And don't worry, if something does happen and your team does trip up along the way in the playoffs, I won't be one to come running in a pointing fingers like some of you would.
