Is +1 Agi, +1 Absorb Pain good enough for an LOT?

I was trying to roll for for a Protector piece, but this one came up. Since it's one of those SA's at the rightmost of the tree, I figured it would be good. But if majority thinks otherwise, I'll pass this one out.

Also, I rolled a +2 Conf, +1 Foundation on my C.

I figured it might be worthwhile to get this piece, with foundation being at the end of the tree. But I'd like to have some opinions on this first, just to make sure I'm making a good decision. If majority thinks this is not worth it, I'll pass it up

I would keep shopping, but I am pretty anal when it comes to AE. For LOT I only use protector pieces, for C, Line General is a must.

You can easily manage two pieces for any position. For LOT I would look for one protector, and one hold blocks % or foundation piece. For C I would look for one line general, and one get low, foundation, or hold blocks. I'd take that foundation piece and hold onto it until you find two better pieces.

So the concensus so far is to skip the LOT then buy the piece for C

I already had the %hold block for my C, which is at 8% right now. It's a shame though that I had it without any accompanying SA.

I think hold block % is slightly better for a guard than a center, since centers seem to double team the most. If it's a good +attribute, +hold block %, it's a good piece, you could think of it as having a piece that gives half run block and half pass block. You would still want to work on getting run block high, but that's what you get SPs for. I don't agree with the idea that the only SAs that should be high are ones that come from AEQ.

Agreed. I do plan on putting points on SA's but not right now. I still have to rack up my speed at least to first cap which is at 15 right now. Currently doing intense on it together with stamina.

Just a thought, if I have two hold block %'s would it be a 40% bonus after I max them out? I never really do the math, so I just ask those who do

depends on what they start with. say you upgrade them both to 64 tokens. that's 32% + whatever they start at. so yes you could get it to 40%, especially if both start at 5%.

I think it should be, Bort recently said it is the same as the d-line stun. Question is - how much does the SA need to be effective, etc., which I dunno
