Just to be clear, I have researched as much as possible because their has been some confusion. I will try to break it down as simple as possible, dont want to offend anyone though, I know your not idiots and most of you probably already know this info.

We are in a pyramid league, in other words, the USA has 1 Pro team, 2 AAA teams, 4 AA teams, and 8 A teams, and 16 BBB teams. In our USA A7 league we will have two teams move up, and four move down. There are twice as many USA BBB teams, (16), two from each league will move up. That is why 4 move down and two move up. It goes the same all the way up to Pro, except you cant move up from there, obviously.

The confusion has come because there are some non-USA leagues who only have one league at each level EX: Oceana. They move an even two teams up and two teams down from each league.

Just wanted to clear this up for everyone, the confrence champions will be going to the AA league, and the bottom 4 teams from the league will be going to the BBB leagues.

My only question regarding this is....Wont eventually, there be too many teams in BBB?

No there wont. There are 8 A leagues and 16 BBB leagues. That means when every A league team drops down 4 teams, those 4 teams will be dispursed among 2 BBB teams. It is an even trade. The BBB Leagues will only move up 2 teams from each league, but there are twice as many leagues, so it equals out.

8 A league teams move down 4 teams each. That equals 32 teams moving down.
16 BBB league teams move 2 teams up each. That equals 32 teams.

I am trying not to be confusing, but I am not sure that it is working, hopefully this will clear it up.

1 Pro League team will move down = 4 teams
2 AAA League teams will move up 2 teams each = 4 teams
2 AAA League teams will move down 4 teams each = 8 teams
4 AA League teams will move up 2 teams each = 8 teams
4 AA League teams will move down 4 teams each = 16 teams
8 A League teams will move up 2 teams each = 16 teams
8 A League teams will move down 4 teams each = 32 teams
16 BBB League teams will move up 2 teams each = 32 teams

As you can see, each League moves up the same amount that they move down.

I may be the only Eastie saying this, but what the hell, sure! You don't get better w/o playing better teams. I would even get the Silverymoon Elves a muffin basket to welcome them to the neighborhood, Mr. Roger style!

I think I still might be one of the guys who's an idiot with this but I'm lost.

If we have 16 teams and we move two up we have 14 teams. We then move 4 teams down and we are sitting at 10. We get 2 teams each from two BBB leagues making 4 teams added, we're back up to 14. We then get 2 teams from 1 AA league? If so then we are back up to 16, I think I may be less of an idiot after writing this all out and looking at this again. Have I walked this through correctly?

Do we have confirmation how the top 2 bottom 4 are determined?

I assume the two teams in the championship move on and 2 teams from each conference with the worst records(standings) move down.

The confrence chamipions move up. I know that from experience. You have it right tonewil, I tried to break it down barney style, but I confused myself at times.

Pr (2) (27) (4) = 32
3A (2) (26) (4) = 32
2A (2) (26) (4) = 32
1A (2) (26) (4) = 32
3B (2) (30) (x) = 32

1 up & 2 down per conf/2 & 4 per div.

x1 Pr - 2 conf. champs, 4 down
x2 3A - 4 up, 8 down
x4 2A - 8 up, 16 down
x8 1A - 16 up, 32 down
x16 3B - 32 up

One of the players from my other team owns the Elves... so I hope that team comes to the West.

They are a very good team, but they wont go undefeated. If you think about it, they are on the same level as us. They built a new team just like we did. When you expand a confrence, that is the consequence that you face, all the new teams whether it is AA, A, or BBB, they all start from scratch, (unless they were a transfer).
