I was playing some D&D over the weekend and one of the characters got hit by a Chaos Beast, failed his Fortitude Save, and eventually became a Chaos Beast due to his Wisdom dropping to 0.

My question is...Is there a possible way to revert him back to his natural form? The Chaos Beast description doesn't tackle this issue and I have not seen anything on the subject from other sources. I have a couple ideas on how the character can revert back to his true form, but would love to hear any ideas from the D&D geeks here.

I think Kill -> Resurrect would result in him coming back as a Chaos Beast. Maybe Kill -> Reincarnate. I was considering that alternative.

Miracle would do the trick as well. Possibly true resurrection but that's kinda iffy.
