He would be willing to go wherever as long as I get a decent amount of PT. I don't want any rebuilding team as I will only sign a contract ending on day 40, and then I would think about an extension in the off-season.
A winning team is obviously a bonus as well as active forums. Like I said earlier, I'm pretty open as to what league I'm going to.
