For a guard, which is better?? I've got pancake, jusat rolled cut block...

Neither. But I'd stay with the pancake.

pancake is more valuable

Well if you have really high Strength go with Pancake. If your Strength is probably lower than most of the DTs you go up against, go with the Cut Block.
