If any of the last 3 teams we scrim this season (excluding firs scrim, we have plans to start backups in that one) would like to join us in having a silly scrim let me know.

We'll be starting O players on defense, and vice versa. The only exception will be a QB cause 8-12 throwing won't move the ball anywhere.

The three teams in question:

Seabrook Energy
New England Red Celtics
Buffalo Daggers

Just some mindless fun for meaningless games. =)

CB <-> WR, HB <-> FS, FB <-> SS, DT <-> OT

That was my fault completely, Enkidu. I was busy all day, and didn't get home in time to shuffle the line-ups. Stupid move on my part, and it was not an intentional blow-out. I wasn't trying to be a dick, and I apologized to your owner.

He never said anything to us about your apology. So my apologies.

...Not a problem, I just felt bad about it. We had a LB start at QB, and a DE at RB, but not the full-scale random re-shuffling I had planned. I saw the score when I got home and said "Oh shit... there's gonna be some pissed-off players." Like I told your owner, at least it was just a scrimmage...

...first time I've ever felt bad about a win...

...The play-by-play doesn't show it, but I'm pretty sure there was a yellow dot/blue dot on-field brawl during the second quarter...

Anyone learning anything valuable from these scrimmages?

I had Jacky Moon play on hard to see how many snaps he would play(he has 27 stamina).

He was in on 72 plays, 45 passes. So he only gave up 7 plays to the backup, Doesn't seem like a bad tradeoff, might have to consider putting 3 or so points into stamina and playing him on hard next season rather than normal.

For one game, WRs made unstoppable QBs:

Thanks to the Fanboys for that bit of wisdom (btw, bug squashed).

That's one of the most bizarre plays I've ever seen. I love it. I may incorporate it into our offense for next season.
