I just rolled a piece that has +2 Jumping and +1 Super Vision SA for my LB.
Should I buy it?

In my opinion, yes. It'll be extremely helpful once you get Vision up to 50+.

Buy it. But start upgrading it with Speed or Vision or Agility or something other than jumping IMO
