both pretty much suck. Anybody who throws all their eq into strength with no consideration as to how that makes his player actually better overall is worthless. Neither have anywhere close to acceptable amounts of agility.

The builds are both good if you are doing a slow build with them and only putting points where you should, but neither is a starter right now. The first one looks better today.

I wouldn't say they suck, just ROT works in progress. I'd split them 98/99 energy, first one as starter
