I just got +1 Run Block SA, or +2% hold block chance, is it worth buying?
I want this guy to be a LOT,

The hold block piece is better than nothing. Ideally you want one protector piece, and either a second protector, or hold block, foundation, or pass block with an attribute bonus.

I rolled a +1 vision +1 First Step for my OT.
Is First Step a good SA for an OT?
The description says "First Step gives a boost to acceleration when starting from a dead stop." That sounds good for an OT, but sometimes there is a difference between the SA description and the sim.

Any +SA + chance piece is rare. I'd go for it, especially since Run Block is one of the more useful SAs.

Try to find an additional piece giving SA Foundation or Protector though.
