either run block or get low...depends on the build, strength, and how your running game is set up. get low is going to be worthless if you have crappy strength, agility, and blocking. run block is a modifier to blocking, so it's no good if your blocking sucks.

for rimington I'd consider getting rid of the pancake piece, and go for one pass protecting piece (foundation, pass block) and one run blocking or hold block % piece.

Interesting. I'm not certain I'm in love pancake either. The owner specified that since he has high strength. I guess I don't feel strongly one way or the other yet. On that note, I'm not sold on pass blocking tree for centers either. There is a lot of advice here run blocking tree is where points should be focused for center, and then get line general up with AEQ. I do have Hold block chance +10% right now on his initial storage piece, but that was the one I was looking to trade out with LG. Maybe I should rethink that, huh?

Center has to pass protect too. It's easy to fall into the trap of building a set of numbers. What you want is to win games though. You won't win if you can't pass protect.

For the OP, I suggest Get Low. I think this is the most important skill on the run tree. I don't think First step is very useful for any o-line position, especially if you only have it in one piece. It won't fire all that often and if you have a high enough agility you shouldn't have a problem getting off the line anyway.

Level 25 LOT

Superior Blue Cleats
+3 agility
+1 Quick Cut SA
$51000

Is it worth buying just for the +3 agility?

I would keep looking. Theres no reason to get a sub par EQ piece. Just wait until you get what you are looking for.

Is a +1 strength +1 foundation a good piece for a level 16
