So I'm not all that experienced at predictions, but I figure I'd give it a shot as this message board is dead atm. These are pure opinion, well with a little research into each team.
For this particular ranking I am A) assuming all builds are good (I know it isn't necessarily true) B) using average levels in conjunction with depth and C) ranking from 1-16 for each position set D) take the subsections and average them.

These are based on the day I have posted, and does not take into account of boosting or slow build. I will also do this for defense in another thread. The third thread will have predictions based on the first two threads while also taking into account Team Chemistry (which is really low for some teams, so they will struggle early on).

Team Name ** Oline ** ** QB/WR ** ** RB/FB/TE** ** Overall**

Penetrators 1 1 1 1

Manilla 3 2 2 2

Dest. Bay 2 3 3 3

S. Shore 4 5 5 4

Th. Bay 5 6 4 5

S Dublin T6 8 7 T6

Waterfront T6 7 8 T6

After this (no offense to the other owners, I am included in this lot) there is a significant drop off.

Cook Island 8 4 9 8

Marseille 10 11 6 9

VA Beach 9 9 11 10

Nintendo 12 10 10 11 (slow build I think)

Downtown 11 13 12 12

Bay City 13 12 13 13

DC Pres. T13 14 14 14

Bogata 15 15 15 15 (CPU team)

West Palm 16 16 16 16 (incomplete roster)

Yes, we are a slow build team and no offense is taken. I agree with you that the Penetrators are the conference favorite.

Thanks for the writeup! It is kinda sad, but this is one of the more active forums we are involved in. Maybe we can mix it up a little this season. I must admit I prefer being the underdog though. Then if we fail, well... nobody is hating =)
