...and how does this help out rams?
My advice, keep working on strength and blocking. Does he play left or right guard, deciding this can help out figure out which way to build him.
If playing left, I would get str and blocking to AT LEAST 3rd cap, probably forth before spending SPs anywhere else. Then I would work on getting agility and vision up. Playing left you will be outmatched by agile DTs, you need a way to stop them. Agility to at least 2nd cap, followed by vision, confidence and speed at soft cap.
If playing right, get that strength up pronto. Only spend SPs on strength until 4th cap, then blocking to 3rd, followed by agility, vision, speed, and confidence to soft caps. That should take you until you are in the mid 30s.
The build order difference for position is key because the RG will be pulling more, you will be running more to the strong side of the field and the RG will be pulling on certain plays.
***Last but not least, DO NOT spend any SPs on the SA tree until later in your career. Use the points to get the most out of your leveling and train properly. Once a stat has hit 34ish it is most likely better to move onto something else. Plan you build correctly and he will be a monster in 3 seasons.
One last tip, when you are training and you are not going to train that skill anymore due to the loss of value, get your % training bar to +90%, the closer to 100 the better, then leave it. When you get to a high level and train you can roll over that stat and it is like (for my center at least) 7 SPs for your major skills.
