So SCACE likes to talk alot of crap and volunteered me to do this. Recruiting is pretty much over for my team so i got some free time on my hands- who's interested in officially bringing back the magellan cup? The best way I think it should be done is each side has a team captain that ranks the teams that sign up from best to worst (NO stacking) and then we go from there. Any volunteers for captain of Oceania?
