Warrior General Games

Looking to be a Head Coach for a team. Im very active and and put in alot of work ethic. This is what i plan to do as a GM.

Basically what I would do is see over the Offense and Defense coordinators and make sure they put together their gameplans and make sure the players are happy and such. I would have the control of O and D stuff but would not touch anything and let the OC and DC do their jobs.

So you want to basicly want to be a team owner but not actually pay the flex points for it?

u guys are getting the wrong impression. i would jus look over make sure everyone is doing there part, but tactics is left up to the OC and DC but i can tell them if somethings wrong or see something i dont like. kinda like a real head coach. get what im saying? its not for the free trophy

The head coaches do MUCH more than that lol
