How do you deal with stamina while slow building?

you can get enough depth so that you never train stamina, a high sub out rate until your team hits the mid 20s

you can tell people to put all their gear points into stamina until a set time

you could script a plan for everyone to follow so they all end up training stam at the same time

you could set a required limit per x amount of levels they have

i put the first 2 levels up equipment into it since those aren't expensive at all

When you hit like level 40 and are ready to fully complete then you can get real equip

I put all equipment into stamina until I reach level 21 (when the auto-gains start decrease) and then I train stamina on regular training to get it jacked up asap.

Combine those two and you have a pretty good plan.

Ignore it until the end. In most of my Attribute Leg training plans, stamina is in the "train forever" phase. So at the end for OL, I'm always training spd/sta or sta/con.

You don't need stamina if your on a slow build team. Everyone should have low stamina therefore everyone will get equal play due to equal energy. Plus when you get steamrolled by other teams you get a lot more plays. Just make the special teams depth charts more populous.

Plus when you plan so that everyone is at level, that low stamina isn't a problem at lower levels. By the time it's an issue, you're training it so that it isn't one. That is to say, 15 stamina is ok at L16, and 25 is not at L40 but by then you've trained it to 35 or 40 or even higher!
