Gentlemen and ladies, it has been three long seasons and a lot of flex points under the bridge to get to today. We've developed one of the best rivalries in GLB, I think. I can't think of a more perfect scenario than the Empire vs. the Rangers in a championship game.
You were not the monkey on our back; you were the 800-lb gorilla on our back. We've had one thing on our minds since you earned what we could not in Season 6. Ever since, you've driven us to improve, to prepare, to literally question everything we thought we knew about the game, over and over again. I'm glad we had the chance to lock up in this most apropos of games today.
