I don't know how many people saw the announcement, but it looks like most of us are going to be shuffled around at the end of this season. There's an entirely new league system, it looks interesting but I can already hear the people whining about it

Hopefully we will be in double a and won't have to worry about it.

all i know is this will piss me off. Canada A is like most other leagues AA or possibly even AAA leagues. Just like USA, now we are going to get thrown around because our league is so hard to get promoted in....

I'm going to be pissed off too. I love this league and want to continue to play teams I have been with for several seasons unless the move up or down in the current structure. Not being in the same league or league structure as Hogwarts, Mutants, Mounties, M.H. Mavs, Griz, Cardinal, Flapping heads, RCKY, Port Royal, and everybody else that I forgot that has been cool. This is going to suck big time.

.......and of course the Gamecocks!!!! I still want another shot at those guys.

Not so much DRASTIC changing going on in A3, but SOME teams will be promoted and slid into other leagues. And even promoted teams...70% chance they won't be put into the league they'd TYPICALLY move off to...and I know of 4 instances already that are getting the 'ole 'double promotion'. Has ALOT to do w/ the ratio of 'Competitive:Non Competitive' teams, mixed w/ the avg. Levels on the teams. With that said...A3 has a GOOD chance of staying somewhat in tact, as the Non Competitive avg isn't below the 'expected/desired'. You can thank ALL the Owners here for upholding a competitive spirit, EVEN if the chips weren't on their side.But YES! 'Non Champions' WILL be promoted...but that's typical. I'll have the EXACT # of changes for you guys to read within the next 48hrs.

Well if that is the case I thing it is safe to say Yellowknife will look to be in this league again.....and my buddies on Hogwarts too. We will rank 6th and 7th in the west alone for promotion.

I dont think this league will be the same. The way i read it, all the teams will be shuffled into accurate leagues. I dont know if Im going to keep this team if we get moved away from all of you guys....it just wouldnt be nearly as fun, especially if crowbar isnt with me.

Man, I hope A#3 doesn't get shuffled much. Mainly for the same reasons as crowbar. It was mostly spared last time. Lets hope that happens again.

BTW, The Yaksmen may very well be in AA again next season. Went 12-4, 1-1. Knocked out in the second round AGAIN! Last season we got promoted after dropping the second round, so we'll see what happens. A big part of me wants to stay there and win it before moving.

I asked DrkSandman about the chance of leagues staying the same if they meet the criteria and this is the answer I got:

It is possible some of you stay together. I really do not know how it will shuffle exactly.





So basically this will just become a wait and see for us. Day 42 probably

Im still trying to figure out why he would want to play again. I mean who wants to get there ass kicked three times... lol j/k
