*#1 Macedonia Trojans (16-0) LW 1 - OK, OK, OK, we all know how good the Trojans are.
#1 team in Zeta.
Only undefeated team in EEA1.
#1 pass defense.
#1 run defense.
#1 overall defense.
They look good in jeans.
They kiss well.
#1 in rushing.
They can make a fantastic omelet.
They help prevent pregnancy and STD’s (again, thank you).
Well, I don’t have to break out the Pirgos footage again, do I?
You Trojans know the drill. No taking teams lightly or it’s your ass! And I really don’t want to see you guys dominate here next season. I would much rather see you guys in AA, so please make my wish come true. Some of us will still be here next season and want a small chance of a title.
Next opponent: #8 The Gods (10-6)

*#2 Estonia Stoners (14-2) LW 2 - The Stoners just cruised through the season, collecting win after win after win. Fourteen wins and the second best spot in Zeta is a great way to make your debut in EEA1, so congrats.
But enough of the patting on the back, Cool Runnings is up next in Round 1 and they are very capable of beating anyone, so don’t screw up.

*#3 Istanbul Hellhounds (12-4) LW 3 - The Hell Hounds ended up #3 and got themselves a home game for the playoffs. Even though they went 12-4, you never knew which team would show up, the team that dominated games at times or the team that you couldn’t believe that lost games that they should have won. I’m sure the Boracs are hoping for the latter, but if the Hell Hounds want to go far in the playoffs they better make sure it is the team that dominated games.
Next opponent: #6 Banja Luka Boracs (11-5)

*#4 Ukraine Freight Train (11-5) LW 4 - The Train stayed strong all season long and your hard work earned you guys a playoff home game. It also gets you the J.T.’s in Round 1. It was a close win the first time, so don’t take them lightly or it may just cost you.
Next opponent: #5 Vancouver Jive Turkeys (11-5)

*#5 Vancouver Jive Turkeys (11-5) LW 7 - Great turn around from last season J.T.’s! From 6-10 to 11-5 and in the playoffs!
You guys take on the Train in Round 1. The previous meeting was a close 19-20 loss. So you guys have a great chance of winning it. This game is very evenly matched.

*#6 Banja Luka Boracs (11-5) LW 6 - Great job, Boracs! Kings of Banja Luka, 11-5 record and in the playoffs. Not too shabby. But your success draws the Hell Hounds in Round 1. The first meeting this season was a 16-30 loss.
You guys have 1 more day to figure out how to beat them.

*#7 Cool Runnings (10-6) LW 8 - A rough second half schedule leaves CR at #7 and going to face the Stoners in Stoners Paradise. You Jamaicans should feel right at home with the ganja and reggae music in a stoner’s paradise.

*#8 The Gods (10-6) LW 5 - You are in the playoffs Pedro!! Your undies have been saved from the torturous wedgie! Nice.
But you guys were lucky to start off hot, because your finish was so cold. Losing 3 of 4 and back pedaling into the post season isn’t how a team wants to enter the playoffs.
But you are in and drawing the #1 Trojans in Round 1. Last time it was a 3-73 mess.

*#1 Kazan Golden Horde (15-1) LW 1 - Two teams dominated Alpha this season, Kazan is the first. ICP proved that there are teams in Alpha that are very capable of beating Kazan. The question is, can the teams in Alpha do it in the playoffs?
The Wolverines are the first to try and upset the Horde.
Next opponent: #8 Wildflecken Wolverines (10-6)

*#2 Macedonia Diadochi (15-1) LW 2 - And here is the other team that dominated Alpha. Their only loss came from the Horde. I’m pretty sure everyone wants to see the rematch, so don’t let us down.
ICP is up in Round 1 and unfortunately they are the only team to beat Kazan this season.
Next opponent: #7 Iron Curtain Psychos (10-6)

*#3 Gunzenhausen Wolfpack (13-3) LW 3 - The Wolfpack had a great season. They were a dominant team, just not like the #1 and #2 teams. But don’t write them off. They are a force to reckon with.
It’s time to sink those canine teeth into some Crack!

*#4 Valhalla Einherjar (12-4) LW 5 - Well Anton……………YOU MOVED UP!!
And at a great time too. You finally broke from the #5 spot and grabbed the #4 spot that comes with a home game and that wonderful home game $$$$!!
Breaking you from #5 was like weening a baby from his mother’s tit!!
Put on the armor and the war garb, Einherjillymongers! Rival Kiev is up first, so it won’t be a cake walk. They won the first meeting between you two this season. So you will have to find a way to pay them back.

*#5 Kiev Pit Bulls (11-5) LW 4 - Sliding down to five was the wrong thing to do and at the worst time to do it. But the Pit Bulls can contend with any team and should be considered armed and very dangerous.
Valhalla is the first team to take on and you beat them once already this season.
It’s time to put the whammy on them and get the second win.

*#6 Krakow Plumber's Crack (10-6) LW 8 - This is one team that is as dangerous as any of the top 3 teams in Alpha. And it’s a good thing because they play a top 3 team in Round 1.
Two veteran EEA1 teams are going at it in a renewal of their rivalry.
The Wolfpack took the first game, but this is the playoffs and one thing this season has shown is that anything can happen.
So spread that crack wide open and cause a big stink, Krakow!
Next opponent: at #3 Gunzenhausen Wolfpack (13-3)

*#7 Iron Curtain Psychos (10-6) LW 6 - I would think that this is the one team that each of the top 4 teams did not want to play first. The only team to score a W over Kazan, they are able to put a L on any team in EEA1 no matter what their record or level of players on the team.
Time to reach into that bag of magic tricks one more time to pull off the upset over the Diadochi.
Next opponent: at #2 Macedonia Diadochi (15-1)

*#8 Wildflecken Wolverines (10-6) LW 7 - Never count out the Wolverines! Something I learned the hard way this season. The classic slow starters, these guys seem to play better as the season grinds out later in the second half of the season. These guys are the ultimate underdogs.

I picked Macedonia vs Macedonia in the title game a long way back.
Let's see some other predictions.

I will stick with Diadochi vs Trojans, but Kazan vs Trojans is a definite possibility. Kazan or Diadochi vs Stoners is another possibility.
