Brisbane comes into the playoffs only loseing once and that would be to the Gold Rush in week two , while Newcastle has beaten everyone below them and lost to the 1-7 seeds . With two of Zeta conferences better offenses hooking up we should see a classic slug fest which will be determined by Turn overs and mistakes in the A I . Brisbane boasts the #3 Pass offense #5 Rush offense while Newcastle holds the #2 pass attack and the #11 rush attack. The defences better be ready for these onslaughts . The seasonal match up went to Brisbane 53 - 30 witha great 1st quarter and then pulled away w 2 late touchdowns for the win.

Week two of the regulars season saw these two offensive titans shoot it out for 59.51 to a 43-44 Gator lead . But thats when Sumatra's newest weapon "Petey" Jones came to the resuce and returned the Kick Off back for the TD . Zeta Conferences #1 and #4 passing Offenses hook up again in what should be an instant classic . Can the Gators stop Sumatra's John Mazo tossing the rock around , or will Troy Star and Matt Ryan have a field day against Zetas #7 pass defense.

Week 5 saw something we dont realy see much on here . A defensive slug fest two teams taht took it to each other hammer and nail. Less than 450 yards total offense between the two clubs , and that included OT folks. Sit back and enjoy 2 smash mouth teams looking to move on . . Can Kalgoorlies #1 run defense stand up to the #2 run offense of the Warriors or will the Warriors #3 run defense wilt under the attack of Zeta's #1 rush offense. Stay tuned for a great smash mouth game.
