This weeks games:

1. (1) Luxembourg Lightning Bolts vs. (6) Glasgow Cats **** Game Of the Week ****
All eyes will be on the Luxembourg - Glasgow game this week. The scrappy Cats are looking to play spoiler on the Lightning Bolt's perfect season, but Luxembourg will be having none of that. With close games turnovers and momentum will be very important if the Cats expect to win this game. I think they will need more than their share of luck to pull it off, and that kind of luck just doesn't come around very often.

Luxembourg Lightning Bolts 34: Glasgow Cats 24

2. (2) Red River Ruminants vs. (13) Honolulu Wave Riders
After a tough loss to Luxembourg last week, RRR gets a couple of "soft" games to finish the season. They will likely end up in the #2 seed and play RAC in a rematch of their week 13 battle. Honolulu will finish out of the playoffs, but I can't imagine a nicer place to spend the off season.

Red River Ruminants 132 : Honolulu Wave Riders 0

3. (3) Whitechapel Rippers vs. (7) Flint Hobo
Flint caught London napping and bit them in the ass. Unfortunatly unless they can pull off an upset against Whitechapel they are stuck in the 7th seed. The Rippers are fighting to keep 3rd seed away from the October Wildfire, so don't expect them to be caught unawares.

Whitechapel Rippers 44: Flint Hobo 14

4. (4) October Wildfire vs. (8) Reading Armed Centaurs
October is looking for a best case senario of a 3 way tie for 2nd place, with the tie breaker being points scored, so look for them to ratchet up the score as much as possible. RAC on the other hand is no pushover, and will do their best to slow the blaze down.

October Wildfire 51 : Reading Armed Centaurs 6

5. (5) London Olympians vs. (10) Leipzig Lions
Even though London dropped the ball with Flint 2 weeks ago, they have 2 easy games to finish out the season leaving them 11-5 with a tie breaker win over Glasgow, so they are secure in the 5th position.

London Olympians 68 : Leipzig Lions 10

6. (10) Rome Ramblin' Thornites vs. (13) Arlington Sandlot
The Rambling Thornites should be able to handle the Arlington squad in a game that should see the defense dominate the field. Or rather lack of offense. Either way Rome should be the victors.

Rome Ramblin' Thornites 21 : Arlington Sandlot 10

7. (12) Barcelona Bisons vs. (16) St. George Javalinas
St. George has yet to score a point in the regular season. Unfortunatly for Barcelona I predict that they will score their first fieldgoal this game. its a shame really but it was going to happen eventualy.

Barcelona Bisons 35 : St. George Javalinas 3

8. (14) Russian Strelets vs. (15) Mile High Hitmen
Its the battle of the basement, and at the end of the day the Strelets wlll have their 3rd win of the season and the Hitmen will have fallen just that much further.

Russian Strelets 26 : Mile High Hitmen 20

Good Luck Everyone!
