WOuld Like to keep all on same team if possible... Current team is likely folding after season they gave me the heads up to see if i could find a new team that would make cash trade... All players will be released after seasons end.

not folding, but re-starting. it's a difficult situation, because of the guys that were committed to the team for several seasons. these three players above were among them. this was a scenario where things didn't work out, and the owner wanted to try a different route.

i actually hope to be associated with some of our agents in the future.

right now the key goal for me is getting a firm handle on the ai, specifically on defense. i'm going to work with a couple of veteran coordinators to hone my skills a little more.

what i didn't want, was to continue on leading these players to season after season of playoff failure. i told the owner that i preferred getting stronger with the ai, and into a situation where i could commit a little more time to it before recruiting more agents into a less than a fully committed situation.

ecnerwal, if you'd like, we could use a low level reserve. feel free to build a level one linebacker or a corner.
