i just threw that number out there but the main suggestion is after a number of post the bort should post something in that thread that will add to that topic or clarify something.

you should have used "Bert" in the title. imo

so should i make the same thread and change the name.

If this happens, people will just spam or leave blank posts until the required number in order to make Bort reply.

This pretty much. And there's not way to really "force" Bort to a thread.
