Alpha Rundown
Not much movement in the playoff picture as only one team in the top 8 lost last week, and that was the Verviers Gauls against the top-ranked Barcelona Brawlin' Brewers. This week the Gauls have yet another grueling match, this time against the Sin City Silent Assassins. It's not projected to be a good game for the Gauls, as they fight to maintain a decent seed going into the playoffs. Meanwhile, Barcelona and Livorno each have much easier match-ups, with the Brawlin' Brewers getting a freebie against the Naples and the Naval Academy looking to end the KAF Spartans' dim playoff hopes once and for all. Moscow looks to right what appears to be a sinking ship, and they have an uphill battle against the Irish Car-Bombers. It's not looking good for the Communists right now if they look to make the playoffs, especially since the Hawks have an easy game against the British Bulldogs. This is a good opportunity for the Hawks to gain some ground in the playoff hunt. Glasgow has an easy game against the Dearborn Beast Modes as well, so they don't need to worry too much about losing any ground this week.

Zeta Rundown
Lots of shake-ups in last weeks match-ups, but unfortunately the same can't be said about this week. The most interesting game of note is the match-up between the Constantinople Knights and the Matterhorn Marmots. Shockingly, the predictor is giving the edge to the Knights in a tooth-and-nail game. The Marmots don't want to slip here, but a win could prove to be astronomically crucial to Constantinople's playoff chances. A loss here would pretty much make Constantinople's playoff odds zero, however. The other interesting match-up pits the Cybertron War Machine against a suddenly struggling Kickback Cavaliers. Cybertron is expected to walk away with a victory here, sinking the Cavaliers down closer to out of the playoff picture. It's a big opportunity for Constantinople here. Algarve goes up against a resilient Edinburgh team, but their mighty defense should yet again give them the victory. It's starting to get murky down around the 8/9 seeds, especially after this week's games. There is no clear cut edge to any of the three teams involved (Cybertron will keep themselves out of this mess if they do indeed get the 'W,' passing the burden to the Cavaliers). No real other games of note, as the other playoff-bound teams are facing non-playoff teams in what should be a bunch of blowouts.

A Look to the Future (Alpha)
PROJECTED WEEK 14 PLAYOFF PICTURE

IN:
1 Barcelona Brawlin' Brewers (13-0)
2 Sin City Silent Assassins (12-1)
3 Livorno Naval Academy (12-1)
4 Irish Car-Bombers (11-2)

6 Verviers Gauls (9-4)
7 Monaco Mustangs (7-6)
8 Moscow Communists (7-6)

FRINGE:
9 Hamburg Hawks (6-7)

A Look to the Future (Zeta)
PROJECTED WEEK 14 PLAYOFF PICTURE

IN:
1 Normandy Invasion (13-0)
2 Algarve Sharks (13-0)
3 Salt Lake City Utah (11-2)
4 Missouri Quicksand (10-3)
5 Antelope Valley Isotopes (9-4)
6 Cybertron War Machines (8-5)
7 Matterhorn Marmots (8-5)
8 Kickback Cavaliers (7-6)

FRINGE:
9 Constantinople Knights (6-7)
10 Edinburgh Highlanders (5-8)

(This is assuming Constantinople defeats Matterhorn)
-------------------------------------------------------------------

So that's it for this week. A couple exciting games this week, but not as exciting as the past two. Good luck to all the teams this week, and I'll post the updates Tuesday night!

EDIT: Tonights scores have been added to the OP. Another perfect week for the projector. Should have next week's post up later in the night as usual

They are playing some great ball, but they are coming up to the tough part of the schedule. Will be a tough test for them.

What make being a GM/owner What ever fun is The last 4-5 weeks I have changed our play book so much trying to come up with a way to try and beat the top 2 teams over here in Zeta....

They are better than us overall but I think it could still be somewhat of a match up... Cant wait for the playoffs to see if it works or if I am sending my team home early....

Anyways this has been a fun season... Tough teams up front and and a couple fair matchups since then... Other than one match up its going to be stats stats stats!!

It's not over yet... after Algarve, you guys have 3 easy games in a row that should all be wins. If you go 3-0 in the final 3 games and Kickback goes 1-2, you guys are in (which is definitely possible, considering they play SLC and the team I'm on, Antelope Valley). Good luck though, it's going to get very interesting for that final spot

Thanks for another round of predictions

Guys from edinburgh, if I may ask a favor, if your LBs manage to score a force fumble on my HB, could you be so kind as post-game tell me the tkl and str of the player who did it? I'm kind of testing something ;P

If you're not interested in sharing, no biggy anyway.

You have to realize they have a good amount of VAs more than the HBs too. That will make the FFs come.

your HB didn't fumble.

It was a good game, at least enjoyable. I think both teams played decently. Still, your LBs are intimidating. My QB is still sore -_-
