Once again this week made things more confusing for me, but without further ado here are the rankings:

1. Mighty Chihuahuas (11-0): Impressive win over Beantown, keep the #1 spot (1)
2. Boston Bears (10-1): Looking forward to playing games against the scorpions and vulcans after a string of poor competition (2)
3. Virginia George Washingtons (11-0): The most impressive win of the week, beat up on Long Beach (3)
4. Oklahoma City Twisters (8-3): Beat the Nanananas 44-16 and moved up to top 4 (5)
5. Bakersfield Nanananas (9-2): Tough loss is only bad game of the year so far (4)
6. Saint Paul Vulcans (10-1): Only loss to OK City early on, been lights out since (8)
7. Saginaw Supernovas (9-2): Great win over Steel City, has the most difficult 3-week schedule coming up against the #1, 4, and 5 teams (7)
8. Houston Toxins (8-3): Convincing win over NCAA, losses in West create room for East teames (NR)
9. Phoenix Scorpions (9-2): Huge win over Corrupted on top of a couple good weeks for Phoenix, has one of the best offenses in the league (NR)
10. Beantown Bastards (7-4): Had a rough week, look for a better team come this week (9)

Out of rankings:
Long Beach Dub All-Stars - In the middle of a rough stretch, need some sign that they're coming out of their slump before putting them back in top 10
Dallas Hitmen - Infusion of East teams meant Dallas getting the short end of the stick. Next 3 games: Beantown/Mighty/VGW, should be an interesting couple of weeks for the Hitmen.

Games of the week
West
Saginaw Supernovas (#7) vs Oklahoma City Thunder (#4): Great matchup with both teams playing very well.
Mighty (#1) vs Bakersfield (#5): Mighty gets another test against the Nanananas, good opportunity for Bakersfield to turn it around after a disappointing game against OK city.

East
Vulcans (#6) vs Corrupted Presidents: Corrupted has had a couple rough games in a row, they can play with anyone though so don't expect the Vulcans to go through the motions.
Jacksonville Bulls vs NJ Mobsters: Both teams are underrated and looking for a quality win here. Mobsters playing their first top 7 East team since week 5.

East Rankings
1. Boston Bears
2. St Paul Vulcans
3. Houston Toxins
4. Phoenix Scorpions
5. NJ Mobsters
6. Jacksonville Bulls
7. Corrupted Presidents

Good rankings. I agree. Oklahoma City was very impressive against us last game. They have always had an awesome running attack.

Last season our (Vulcans) game against the team currently named the Presidents was a shootout that went to OT.

Hopefully we can keep Kane from getting over 375 yards and 7 TDs this time.

If we were to beat Bakersfield in our scrimmage today, will we move ahead of them?

Ya I would bump the Vulcans up if you win, but if you guys win and Bakersfield beats Mighty then I have no idea what I'm going to do

If we beat them and they beat Mighty and you beat us -- that really confuses things since Mighty beat you.

But, like in the NCAA rankings, late season wins tend to count more.

You guys are in luck. All we seem to be able to do on offense is to hand the ball over. 10 Ints in the last two games with 5 in each...

Yes, quality whine

Hmm...so Long Beach, with 4 losses ( 3 of which were to #1, #3, and #5) and having beaten #7 and #10, doesn't belong in the rankings?

hmm....thats fine I suppose. We did have a couple of bad weeks, but its not like we lost to any bad teams.....
