Is Throwing or carrying benificial to a specialized long snapper?

I don't think there is such a thing as a specialized long snapper. It would be cool but as of right now the snap is standard. I don't think the QB ever fumbles a snap.

EDIT:

For the special teams longsnapper maybe tackling. I tend ot use a DT for this position because they are strong enough to get a pancake and can maybe make a tackle.

So you dont think the throw or carry will give the long snapper better hands? or it's just not factored into the game?

It isn't factored into the game. You want somebody who can tackle, because after the punt you'll be running down field..

So for a special team only player at long snapper i should have just made a de or lb?

Cs have better level gains so you might be ok with a C. Also Cs are cheaper to boost.

Bort did in fact post at one point that there were bad snaps - I think they apply to STs only. I remember when there used to be a rash of punters stepping out of the back of the endzone for a safety; I personally blamed it on bad snaps. It's possible that it affects FGs too, but I don't know that anyone has really looked at it. It's so hard to know what makes a missed FG.
All that said...I have no idea what would make a good longsnapper. So...?
