Tasmania Devils vs. Molokai Lavastorm ---- Lava have convinced me they are a pretty good team. I think this will be very close and could go either way. But will lean toward Lava by 2.

GERMAN WILDDOGS vs. Orlando Prime Timers ---- OPT will win but no blow out expected. POT by 14

Canberra Strike vs. Fiji Sea Turtles ---- Strike should take this one by 12

Kingston Uprising vs. Mata-Utu Voodoo ---- I will pick an upset here and say Kingston by 3. Turnovers will be the difference.

Tonga Thunderbirds vs. Sydney Sea Wasps ---- Wasps take easy win by 21

Osaka Buckeyes vs. So Cal BDC Can Osaka keep their winning ways. Why not go for another upset So Cal by 2

Sydney Pelicans vs. Olden Swillers ---- My Swillers still suck so pulling out all stops and I will pick Pelicans by 37


Christchurch Knightmares vs. Brisbane Sun Devils Devils win big by 32

Fiji Stingers vs. Samoa Gangsters ---- Stingers are better than their record, but Gangsters are too good and exterminate them by 24

Wellington Assassins vs. Tasmania Tigers ---- I think Tigers can take Wellington but it will take a perfect game. Won't call it here but maybe in playoffs. Wellington by 3

I'd like to bet the money line on this one. I've got the Tigers big - I'm thinking they win this one by at least 200 unless the Devil Dogs new owner CPU has some major tricks up his sleeve.

I wouldn't really call a win by either team an upset, they're both top-tier. This will be a good test for both teams, I'm looking forward to their game today, it should be GotW.

CPU does have 1 win under his sleeve I believe against the Mustangs.

Maybe that's why they believe Alpha owns Zeta, because even the CPU teams can get wins!

Osaka is not top tier. Lower league accomplishments are nice but until we beat MUV, So Cal, or Banzai we are just another team.

Osaka is very good. I honestly think the top tier in Zeta is about 6 teams.

Nah, CPU took over the team after they beat the Mustangs. The Dogs thought they were supposed to gut if they beat the Mustangs.

C'mon man, I was hoping for some bulletin board material!

I will be pretty surprised if we pull the upset off in this one. That Voodoo defense is the fastest in Zeta and those guys know how to game plan.

Tigers need to get it going to make the playoffs. I'd say this is pretty close to a must win for them. They've got to win a couple against the teams ahead of them in the standings since they are already 2 games out of 8th place. I think they are going to have to win 6 of their last 8 to get in - losing the interconference game when every other OPL playoff contender other than Kingston won (and Kingston beat the Tigers) put them in a tough spot.

There are going to be some pretty good teams sitting out the playoffs this season.

There are some good teams finding the way difficult. It's going to be a bloodbath the last 8 'weeks' to see who makes those last couple of spots.

Strike have won two straight! We're coming from behind, and before you know it, we'll be making a playoff run!
