Season 9: Week 10

Well the tallies are in and there is only 1 undefeated team left in the league. The Purveryors held off a surprisingly strong Roslov team in an exciting game to retain the #1 position. Because Roslov put up a much better fight than Samara did, I am going to move them into the 2nd position pending their match up later in the season. In other news Mo$scow held off a surging Praugue Plague to retain the 4th seed.

This weeks games:

1. (1) Purveyors of Faith vs. (4) Mo$cow Rhino Hunter$
After narrowly defeating Praugue last week the Rhino Hunter$ come to the Temple Mount to face the undefeated Purveyors of Faith. The Mo$cow team has a lot of individual talent on their team, but I think they will get ground down by the Purveyors insistent running game.

2. (2) Roslav Razorbacks vs. (5) Oregon Donors
Roslov is just off a hard fought battle with the Purveyors and jump right into a tough game with the Oregon Donors. Oregon has some top flight players but don't have as much depth as Roslav has. The major battle of this game will be in the trenches where I think Roslav's defensive line is superior. They should give QB #2 D Flutie fits all day long.

3. (3) Samara Red Machine vs. (16) Team SlowBuild
Samara has yet to max out the sim with a 255 point game. Team SlowBuild is that game. Look for Rocket Turtle to gain some yardage in the Rushing Title Race. It does look like the Freak II is running a way with it though.

4. (6) Praugue Plague vs. (7) Petrovaradin Fortress **** Game of the Week ****
Petrovaradin seems to have a bit of an edge from the ranking bars, but Praugue has an edge in experience, and I think they will pull out the win in a very close game.

5. (7) Szeged Oilers vs. (13) Booty Bay Blue Rogues
They Oilers should have no real trouble defeating the Rogues.

6. (9) Zagreb Bling vs. (10) Percival Dungeoneers
The Bling appear to be just a shade better than the Dungeoneers, and I think the game will bear that out.

7. (11) Kharkiv Lo Pans vs. (14) Winners at Heart
Kharkiv gets another shot at breaking 100 this week. Their 96 point performance against Team SlowBuild 2 weeks ago was a real disappointment. Hopefully they will crack the egg this week.

Barcelona should be able to put together a season high 2 win streak. and may even break 100 points. Nah, they won't.

Ugh GG Roslav, what a disappointing loss tho.. something went wrong in the game planning. That'll be my excuse for now until i find out what.

Get it fixed. You have a great team and am sure you will pull some big surprise later in the season. You have a playoff caliber team and I wouldn't want to face you in the first round.
