I will be having a BBQ beef samich and potato salad while I wait on the game.

I would like to publicly thank Great Britain for their excellent television series "Doctor Who".

Now, that almost makes up for sending us Simon Cowell and American Idol.

But, definitely doesn't make up for your choice to call yourselves "Great" all the damn time.

England has not been great since Maggie left power having put the Great back in Britain Never forgiven the conservative party for getting rid of her and got totally sick of the place while Blair was in power, net result. I moved to the US

I still get bangers and mash. Local store called 'British Pantry' imports all sorts of English goodies to sell to X pats like me for stupidly inflated prices....but hey I got to eat mince pies and proper Christmas cake and pudding at Christmas time, get Branston Pickle, salad cream, jaffa cakes, Ribena , Bangers and pork pies every couple of months from there...they really need to open a chip shop /nod
