only to go to the pro league
have player rankings or somthing then have teams draft players if a player doesnt get drafted in the (what ever number of rounds) then he becomes a rookie free agent, which means he can sign for anyteam after words
but that will make it so the good teams that go 16-0 dont go out and find the 20best guys avalible they get draft picks and it would help with the making lower teams better and evening it out.
also so you can make trades more interesting liek you cna include draft pics
hold the draft in the middle off the offseason

Actually, as hard as it is to read that post, a draft would bring about more parity.
