So what does everyone think of the MVP race right now?

I am trying to figure out what kind of formula would have this guy as the #2 offensive MVP for the year. No disrespect but nothing stellar about him to be honest.

He made 1 tackle on defense.

Looks to me like he put up those stats against the top tier teams and he seems to have pretty good fame. I am sure there is a few things involved. Fame + stats vs. strength of defense? I expect his stats to pick up and be a bit higher as the season goes on.

I suppose that's true. You have played a pretty brutal schedule so far. Fame doesn't seem exceptionally high to me for that level but I like the idea of taking into account the strengths of defense.

mcgovern is a master of perfidy. And for the record we game plan for every game. Even gut jobs. I'm overly fastidious that way.

It came early in the game when we were getting our asses kicked and really needed a first down in a big way. Also, the drive culminated in a touchdown by...surprise surprise...Willie Beamin.
