Nope. The amount added to what you have in agility decreases with how high your agility rating is. But training on intense does give you more than training on relaxed or normal.

What I don't understand that lol. The amount added to what I have on aglity is decreased depending how high or low it is. What is more?

Personally, I think training is the most confusing part of the game

Thanks Verloren. When I set my training to relaxed it went down to 0.36 but went higher at normal and intense. Thanks.

Does anyone want to outline how Play Intensity affects XP and game?

You use up more stamina by having a higher play intensity. I think you can play better as a result though.

It makes your skill go up faster using intense but you regain less stamina each day.

No that's just what i have noticed and not stamina sorry energy. I could be wrong tho.

For instance Relaxed gives you 15+ energy Medium 9+ energy etc But the skill you are training goes up faster with intense 0.46 medium 0.41 etc. I think that explains what i was trying to say a bit better.
