By this suggestion, I mean there is a tab on a team's bar that says join organization, if the team that was offered accepts it then they become a clan. A clan is somewhat like a guild. If they join, these would be the benefits and misfortunes:
-Trades penalties are reduced
-Once joined, you have to be together for one season
-You have to wait 4 Days between trading each other
-You receive the same alerts from each other: Team A and Team B would share alerts on team additions ore removals.
-If you join a team, your chemistry is affected, not badly but enough to make sure you would not only do this for the trade.
-Without powers, every GM or Owner in your Clan is given a offer and can't be removed unless Support did it
-Maximum of 15 trades in the Organization
This also makes better use of Private Forums. It brings distant teams together. It would cost 250 Flex for the offering team to join. With this amount, 50 of the 250 Flex Points would go to the Organization Scrimmage Field. The leader of the organization is the owner with the better team by record, it's the only way I can think of.

After it's clicked, the Owner that was offered will receive an alert saying that a team wants yo join his Organization, he will click on a link in the Automated Message that will take him to a page where he can accept or reject it.
There would have to be a maximum of 32 teams per Organization. Along with the fact of fun, Unofficial Tourneys can be better used in the Organization/
