I have worked with the PA a lot and they do have the best intentions. Players, it is in your best interest to support these guys!!!

Absolutely onepeat. I've not worked with them alot but i've just really started getting involved. Owners, I really encourage you to get involved with both. I think in the longevity of the game, those who are involved will eventually find it easier to acquire Free Agents that are team players and want to be on a team that emphasizes team work.

while I would like to work with the Owners, I have committed my time to the PA and do not want a conflict of interest...

I figured I would run my team the way all teams should be ran and let that speak for itself. I do encourage owners to become involved with the OA though...
