Week 2 I went 8 for 8. Let's see if I can keep the drive alive.
Gunston v. MaRAWK!! -- GOTW 1 This is the toughest pick of the week. Gunston is a tough well rounded team. The o's have played two cakes in a row, and have had time to work out the kinks in their game plan. All dots on the field will have livers that are swollen, bellies that are fat, and ample ETOH before, during and after the game. The o's have home field advantage plus goats, I'm giving it to the RAWKers.
Nigeria v. Cincy -- Life is not fair. You follow George and Weezy and move on up thinking you finally have your piece of the pie and your dreams have come true. Then you realize it's not a dream, it's a nightmare, a huge, well-stocked, explosive Nigerian Nightmare and its coming for you. Nope, under the bed is too obvious, the attic and the basement provide no way out. Just sit tight, Cincy, your game will come, but it's not going to be this week. Cincy stays asleep unable to avoid the Nightmare.
Tusken v Lethoso -- Lethoso looks good on paper, but will prove to be a paper tiger against Tusken. You want to know how good Tusken is? Just ask them and there is a slight chance they will tell you. Tusken rolls over Lethoso.
E'ci v Carthage -- GOTW 2p E'ci wins.
Michigan v Algeria -- Michigan rings up concession stand sales to such a high level that Chrysler briefly reconsiders filing bankruptcy.
Seychelles v. Egypt -- The Rooster never dies, he just gets knocked down from time to time. Seychelles has the levels and the War Gods just have nectar and amphora, which is nice, but nothing to win games at this time.
Chad v Uganda -- Sometimes the prima donnas, not the fat lady, gets the last song. Sometimes everybody's friend doesn't get the girl. Sometimes those who do not speak Spanish but name themselves incorrectly get the right answer. This is one of those times. Chad gets the nod.
Madagascar v Cleveland -- Madagascar rapes and pillages Cleveland, pocketing huge concession revenue and blowing it on steak and oats. Why not? When you have the cash, you can spend it however you like.
