GAME OF THE WEEK
Thudercats vs Warlords
After Warlords loss to AAD last week ended their win streak Thundercats now have the current longest at 20. It's a battle of the AA1 and AA2 champions. Should be a pretty good damn game. Thundercats beat lions Barbary Coast week 1 by 20 and played the CPU Cairo team 255-0 last week. Doesn't really give me a lot to go off. Warlords dismantled the Voodoo week 1 and had it not been 4 6 TOs against AAD could be 2-0. As i've said before Warlords are one of the teams to beat this season. Warlords take the close victory.

Dogs vs River Styx Jinx

Dogs continue their domination this week against Jinx. They have destroyed their 1st two opponents 284-7!! WOW! I dont see Jinx slowing them down this week either. Dogs by a landslide.

AAD vs Diamond Cutters
Cutters are coming off a very good win over Dakar in week 2 putting them at 2-0. They have a new owner in kardiackids 2007 (i believe) who has them playing very tough. AAD comes off a great win over the formidable Warlords after their special teams forced 4 fumbles and ran 3 of them back for TDs. Cutters look to get their 1st win over AAD after losing by 1 in season 8 and by 3 in season 7. Only game this week of 2 unbeaten teams. AAD wins another close one.

Kickin' Djibouti vs Swaziland Semnikati
Now i have underestimated Djibouti 2 weeks in a row picking them to lose. Not going to happen again! They have beat 2 well ran veteran AAA teams by a good margin. Swaziland are 0-2 and it doesn't llok like this is the week to get their 1st win. Djibouti continue their undefeated ways this week with another beat down.

Ghana Woopyoass vs Cairo
Bye week for Ghana. 255-0 Ghana

Killer Frogs vs Blood Diamond
Both teams are 1-1 and have very good teams. BDM is new to the league but have shown the can hang and win against the vet AAA teams. Frogs are coming off a complete meltdown against Djibouti and are looking to rebound with a win. I am going to go out on a limb and pick BDM in an upset.

Dakar Dragons vs CAWD
Looks like RMoG actually tried to win last week and squeaked out a 2 point victory over CAWD. Dakar lost a tough one to the Cutters and will be itching to get back on track. Don't see CAWD being able to slow down the Dragons this week. Dakar wins this one.

RMoG vs Sno Caps
Sno Caps come off a 154 point loss to the Dogs while RMoG pulled out the 2 point win over CAWD. Sno Caps shouldn't be able to win this one either unless something drastic happens. RMoG win this game.

Week 3 has some nice match-ups. Time to show where you stand in the conference!

Sweet... thanks for the read. I think you are pretty spot on this week.... I doubt there will be too many upsets.

I would much rather have knocked off our opponent last week.

But we'll take care of these Thundercats and get back on track.

Platypi win another.

West Nile Virus vs. Barbary Coast Pirates
Pirates win largely due to the WNV's bad chemistry

Zulu Death Warriors vs. Port Harcourt Playmakers
PHP needs to win to avoid an early playoff seeding hole. They will win in a close one.

Gabon Forest Dragons vs. Fort Wayne Generals
Gabon also needs a win to stay out of an early playoff hole. They win convincingly here.

Kilwa Polar Bears vs. Beltway Bandits
Beltway in a game that will be closer then some might expect.

Band of Brothers vs. Kenya Naturals
Have to go against the spreadsheet and take Bob to win this one

Ouagadougou Voodoo vs. The Nile Denial
Denial Win this one.

Carthaginian War Elephants vs. StingTalk Yellow Jackets
Stingtalk win this one as well.

I'm not sure we have a game of the week here. Maybe PHP's game as a loss drops them to 0-3 and puts them two back in a playoff hunt.
