Welcome to THE (unofficial) OFFICIAL AAA #1 Power Rankings for Week 13. This week’s power rankings have been brought to us by The Smurfs. This week the asterisk has grown to include almost all the teams in the Top 10.
A quick recap of last week’s Game(s) of the Week

Shiner Bocks (9-3) vs Tallinn Dream (6-6)
Can the Shiner Bocks countinue their dominant streak? Can the Tallin Dream even make the playoffs (kind of necessary for that guaranteed Championship)? This game should answers those questions. Vegas has the over/under at 32 with the Shiner Bocks favored by 11.
Zeta Conference:
Tenerife Thunderbirds (9-3) vs Helsinki Hell Raisers (8-4)
Can the Thunderbirds hold on to their #3 playoff spot? Can the Hell Raisers rise up in the playoff standings? Should be a great game and that’s why Vegas has the over/under at 41 with even money on both teams.
Alpha Conference:
Shiner Bocks (9-3) vs Tallinn Dream (6-6)
Well, the Bocks really beat up on the Dream. Total score was 38 so 32 wasn’t that far off but the Bocks covered by three touchdowns.
Zeta Conference:
Tenerife Thunderbirds (9-3) vs Helsinki Hell Raisers (8-4)
Did I say 41? I must have meant 21
The Thunderbirds held the Hell Raisers to a field goal in the 19-3 win.

THE TOP TEN
1. USA Vacationers* (13-0), 67.11
The Vacationers were able to extend their winning streak to 21 games and remain undefeated with their 23-0 win over the Phoenix. The player of the game has to go to Vacationer CB John Harris who had a 77-yard pick-six in the second quarter. One more win is all the Vacationers need to be crowned the regular season Zeta Conference champs. Next game: Away at Odessa Stunners (4-9)
2. Dubrovnik Destroyers* (12-1), 65.93
Can anybody score on the Destroyers? It seems that they have taken the “red-zone defense” concept and extended it to the entire football field. Their 26-0 win over the Boobs not only extends their winning streak to 12, but it also extends their shutout streak to 5 straight games (8 total for the season). Next game: Away at Shiner Bocks (10-3)
3. MCXA Cybernationists* (11-2), 56.28
The Cybernationists had a good rebound game after losing to the Massacre last week. The Hammers could not do much against the Cybernationists defense in the 49-0 game. The Cybernationists should not have a problem in their next game and most of their players will probably be paying more attention to the “Battle for Moscow” then their own game. Next game: Home vs Emmaus Fighting Green Hornets (0-13)
4. Dogdandy Dragons* (11-2), 50.47
As expected, the Dragons took care of business the past two weeks and have now jumped to the #4 spot, and deservingly so. The Dragons are in a very comfortable spot as the current #2 seed in Zeta Conference. As long as they don’t slip-up they should hold on to that seeding. Next game: Home vs Warsaw Eagles (6-7)
5. Moscow Massacre* (11-2), 49.34
The Massacre handed the black heads their 10th loss of the season in a 57-7 final. The Massacre can now refocus on what is their, arguably, most important game of the year. Now only does it mean bragging rights for an entire season, but this game will decide what seed the Massacre will enter the playoffs. A win against the Communists is as close to a lock as a #2 seed as anyone can get. Next game: Home vs Moscow Communists (9-4)
6. Shiner Bocks (10-3), 44.65
The Shiner Bocks beat the Tallinn Dream by a final score of 35-3. That defeat has left the Tallinn Dream scrambling, wondering if they will even make the playoffs. The Bocks have had a good run with 7 straights wins, but their next game looks to be their biggest test of the year. A loss next week will send the Bocks tumbling from their current #4 seed into a race, fighting for the 5-7 seeds. Next game: Home vs Dubrovnik Destroyers (12-1)
7. Berlin Hounds from Hell* (10-3), 43.69
The Hounds from Hell skunked the KGB All-Stars 34-0 this week. Their impressive win should carry some momentum into their next game against the Scotch Cocks. The Hounds have played very will so far this season but they just might have one of the toughest remaining schedules. With their last three opponents having a combined record of 27-12, the Hounds from Hell are now just playing for playoff positioning. Next game: Away at Scotch Cocks (10-3)
8. Tenerife Thunderbirds* (10-3), 42.27
The Thunderbirds had an impressive 19-3 win over the Hell Raisers this week. With only two conference games left this season, the Thunderbirds saved the bottom two Zeta Conference teams for last. In much the same way the Dragons rose in the power rankings, expect the Thunderbirds to do the same before the final game of the season. Next game: Away at Black Russian Terriers (1-12)
9. Fox News (9-4), 40.3
The Fox News crew has enjoyed a nice 4 game winning steak while playing the teams at the bottom of the conference. Their next game against the Tallinn Dream could be the dagger that ends the Dream’s chances of making the playoffs. Next game: Home vs Tallinn Dream (6-7)
10. Scotch Cocks* (10-3), 37.48
The Scotch Cocks put a 55-13 hurting on the Chattanooga Lookouts this week. With the Cocks sitting at the bottom of the Zeta Conference 10-3 jumble, a win next week would help them move up the standings and improve their playoff picture. Next game: Home vs Berlin Hounds from Hell (10-3)
CONTENDING FOR A TOP SPOT

12. Moscow Communists (9-4), 35.93

32. Emmaus Fighting Green Horents (0-13), -39.25
Games to Watch
Since I’m not all that good at making the over/under or making the spread I thought I would just change this to “Games to Watch”. Plus, the Alpha Conference has more than one game this week.
Alpha Conference:
Shiner Bocks (10-3) vs Dubrovnik Destroyers (12-1)
Destroyers by 11
The Battle for Moscow!
Moscow Massacre (11-2) vs Moscow Communists (9-4)
Massacre by 7
Zeta Conference:
Scotch Cocks (10-3) vs Berlin Hounds from Hell (10-3)
It should be close. Home team by 3.
Interesting Fact!
Gargamel created Smurfette out of blue clay, sugar and spice but nothing nice, crocodile tears, half a pack of lies, a chatter of a magpie, and the hardest stone for her heart.
Hope everyone enjoys!
