Anyhow guys im too busy to own a team and I hate to screw over the people I have recruited.. Anyhow Im giving my team back to the computers.. This is what im hoping if anyone wants them for min cash please offer the trade... All players EQ will be paid for before trade cause im draining the finances...

Anyhow I want to help the people on my team the best I can before I get up and quit and screw over someones build they have worked really hard on for the last 4 to 5 months.

Ah... just load them up with finances and go CPU... then they can go to any team they please.

isn't that the point of GMs? So you don't have to do the work. You can NOT screw over your players by having the GMs do all the work for you.

Its hard for me to speak up against my GM's cause they are real friends that told me they would just help with OC and DC and thats what they have done and have done that very well I like to mention.. But recruiting is the worst for me this year and maybe its cause its higher levels and the recruits are less and more picky.

To add to this yeah a good recruiting GM would help a lot, Like right now when i have finals going on and ect.. but I would like to mention I have sent out over 300 invites to plays and only 10 accepted... So I can not spend another 20+ hours finding recruits anymore.

Word... its good to become friends with other team owners and help each other out (network).
There are a lot of owners in your situation... I for one used to be in that situation with my team.

BTW, my problem here is not that you are going to sell your team. You aren't even in my division. My problem is that you come on here making excuses for it. If you are cheap, or frustrated, or too lazy or distrusting to get some recruiters for your team... I don't really care. But don't come here and make excuses. When this offseason began, I was GM of 5 teams. I dropped some so I could focus on my team. If you look at my team, you'll see I signed over 20 new players. I recruited my fucking ass off. You obviously did something wrong in recruiting... did you put any effort in to figuring out why your recruiting techniques were ineffective? Did you, again, consider hiring a recruiting GM or two so you didn't have to do it?

So, if you are going to sell the team, just say you are selling the team and do it. Don't make excuses which are very easily shown to be bullshit

And I didnt feel like i was give an excuse btw... my first post stated im done, I hate to screw over the people I did recruit anyone want to take that burden away...

So for me being nice make me cheap, lazy and frustrated...

Also I did take efforts in recruiting people. I followed all of their instructions that they wanted there recruiters to do. Then I started to recruit lower levels offering them more money then they needed like level 32 players 235000 dollar salaries. Finding out someone took the offer cause they got 240,000... Rrrrr.

Anyhow as a med student this is a distraction that's taking to much time..
Now their my excuse...
