Any other teams willing to share some of there morale statistics after each game? The shit is pretty strange as we have 2 guys on our offensive line who have under 65 morale even though the rest of the team is in the 95-100 range after our most recent scrimmage.

Yeah, our numbers are strange too. We have guys with 40-60 plays finishing with 90-100 morale and then guys with 13 plays ending at less than 50 morale, plus just about everything else between 15-100. Confidence appears to have less of an impact than I expected and special teams plays seem to affect it more, although it's hard to tell with just a couple of scrimmages. If morale changes quickly (similar to energy) I would expect some strange results based on the how the last couple of minutes of the game went, but that would also mean the numbers are mostly useless.

Morale works how I want it to, and it does affect the game. Just turn it off in some tests and see the difference. The end-game summary is actually a bit misleading (I was worried about that) because it just shows final morale at the end of the game. During the game, the morale can swing pretty wildly, simulating momentum. A good Monster Hit can knock you down 10-15 points sometimes, for instance.
